around that and to create a timeline and a plan and a vision board and to take action on those things each day to wake up early to find out exactly how much time things are going to take to leverage become one within a group and I need to have my own environment where it’s just me and I need to have the discipline to have timers going on and I need to have my workout schedule and my meal plan completely set I also need to have my chemical balance completely set and be taking all the right vitamins and drinking enough water because my body is super important to me and to my luck and I also need to be learning more about successful sales and email marketing and calling people on the phone and removing any chance of them say no and getting what I want and seen my product is extremely valuable and doing what it takes to get my site to be all inspiring for one for my own music and to be a community website for Rap.com so I really Believe that because I’ve done all of my strength finders and I know my personality and I know what people come to me for I know what I’m good at I can be a visionary and I can see how everything works together I need to focus on finding the people which is what I’ve been doing now that I making video messages for everybody and explaining everything it is that I want done and that’s what tomorrow is going to be filled with is going to be filled with building teams finding the people who can help accomplish these goals creating a kick starter for my California trip and showing everybody what I’m doing and offering my CDs in doing exactly what going to print them out and put them in a binder and I am going to print out all of my things on Pinterest and put it in the binder as well including the old picture of me with the six pack and I’m going to look at that stuff in the morning and then I am just going to do it and that’s how I’m going to start my days off and I will also do it during the week and I will think of things that I can do that might take a week and and I will also do the same thing for my destiny calling and I will find phone numbers of people that I can call for those things I will build list of people that could help me with those and I will do the weekly review like I have on that I mind map and I can organize all of my files and I can have the different types of days from buffer free in focus and I can apply the principles of distraction and I can do everything it is that I want to do and that I’m built for and so can you. Another thing to add is to have the right supplements – to have the ones that are recommended for you, including the mood-enhancing supplements like St. John’s Wart and 5-HTP – these may be a little bit expensive but when used religiously and when you add working out on top of it, a strong work out routine with a daily practice of stretching and a good morning routine where you bounce out of bed, speak out loud what you’re grateful for, when you do some yoga and take a look at your visionboard and make calls based on that visionboard or speak out some affirmations or shoot a video message and put together a drop box folder of stuff an assistant would need to make that goal happen, that’s what will give you the motivation and the energy to tackle the day and to accomplish your dreams and to do what you love. Otherwise it can be a reaction day – your mood fluctuating based on what happens TO you that day instead of changing the days mood by what YOU do and say to the day. The only way you’re going to get that sustained energy is through working out and speaking forth your best affirmations and filling your mind with the pictures of success – as well as speaking to a mentor and/or someone who can pump you up – also speaking with a member of the opposite sex is good – one that you’re really attracted to, because that is what motivates most action – so use it and leverage that to give you the power and strength, the motivation and energy, that you need to move towards your passion and purpose.
